Dear Ike,

We hired bikes (a tandem and a normal bike) at the store last Tuesday. It was our last day in the States and we had a great time. It was real nice you made an effort to make the tandem work for us. Cedric had a big smile on his face the whole afternoon! We had a good trip back to Europe.

I visited High Road Sports store in early March and cannot rave and praise High Road enough. I was fitted with equipment by a charming young lady and gentleman who made me feel like a valued customer. Not only was the equipment in great condition, it was fitted promptly and with great care to ensure a great (and safe!!) day on the slopes. I was treated like one of the family and I felt truly taken care of - not like just another customer. I would recommend High Road to all my friends and family. When you walk in their ski shop you think friendly service, when you walk out you realize that they’re actually serving friends. Beth and Ike and their crew are just like that. I was one of the guests of the Best Western Lake Dillon Lodge and I met Ike. I rented a pair of skiis at your rental store there and I talked to him a couple times. He is a funny person! I have to tell you that my time in the US was exciting and I liked it a lot and the skiing areas were great. I tried Breck, Copper and Keystone- which is my favorite. In 5 years of working with different rental companies, we've never come across such personable, hard-working, and dependable people until we met the crew at High Trail Sports. We brought a group of 46 to town, which often causes chaos in the rental department, but Beth and the crew took care of us in a timely and fun way.

When we are in the Copper area, there is no other rental company that I'll ever use again. Thanks High Trail!
